About

I am an integrated therapist who believes in treating the mind, body, and soul. I use a variety of
techniques including expressive art therapy, person-centered, solution-focused, cognitive behavior therapy, meditation, brainspotting, and psychodynamics. I work with all ages from 4 to 54 and use various techniques and theories based on the clients’ needs. I love being able to guide individuals through their challenges, existential crisis, trauma, and/or grief. I have created a holistic and safe environment for you to unload your worries and fears.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Education with a concentration in Assessment and Measurement, and a second Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Georgia. I have been trained in Trauma-Focused CBT, Counseling on Access to Lethal Means, Psychological First Aid, Play Therapy, and Filial Therapy. I am currently pursuing my certification in Creative Expressive Art Therapy and Play Therapy.  I believe that there is good in every person and with the proper guidance you can change your habits, negative talk, and actions with the use of various techniques.

I work with all populations, but I feel that my strengths lie in working with individuals that are experiencing a challenging life transition, existential crisis, trauma, or grief. My goal is to guide you through a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, in order to find your voice and embrace your uniqueness.

“I believe that the best way to heal the inner child is through art because as children, we were all artists.”
